A very common word used in todays automotive markets. These Hydrogen Hybrids use a fossil fueled engine along with a hydrogen fuel cell that by the conversion of gasses converts to electrical power for locomotion. Any vehicle that consumes a form of hydrogen for locomotion can be technically called a hybrid. Whether it be for total locomotion or for fuel supplementation to enhance fossil fuel mileage. Hybrid means “the use of 2” therefore 2 fuels being consumed simultaneously could be called a hybrid system.
With hydrogen generators on the market, any car, truck, diesel truck, semi truck can become hydrogen hybrid.
